Upon placing an order, it typically takes 2-5 business days for products to be produced. This is separate from the shipping time.
 

Shipping Duration:  
- USA: 3-4 business days after fulfillment.
- Canada: 6-10 business days after fulfillment.
- Worldwide: 8-14 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination, with fixed rate. 
 

Tracking:  
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed:  
At IOTANARY, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 

Returns: 
- If you receive a faulty item or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 4 weeks of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund or exchange.
 

Exchanges:  
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, but we'll ship your replacement item free of charge.
 

Non-returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
